Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Prescriptions

All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Mexborough are provided only after a clinical assessment by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescribers or appropriately qualified clinicians.

By completing our online consultation, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in clinically inappropriate treatment and the immediate termination of your account.

Prescriptions remain the property of the prescriber and are issued solely for your personal use. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medication to another person. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a prescription at our professional discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken prior to pharmacist review. If your consultation is declined on clinical grounds, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. We do not store full card details on our systems.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your medication does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

All medication is dispatched in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before clinical approval and dispatch. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medication for legal and safety reasons.

Refunds for declined consultations will be processed automatically. Refunds for approved and dispatched orders will only be considered where there is a demonstrable error on our part. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our online consultations are not a substitute for face-to-face medical care.
